• All Fitness Levels Welcome

• Before pictures and video must be submitted by July 6, 2018, and after pictures and video must be submitted by August 24, 2018 to qualify for the contest.
• Winners will be chosen based on their overall body transformation, included but not limited to weight loss.
• The winner will be chosen by the conductor of the challenge, @justtrain, certified personal trainer, based on the results of the participants as shown in before and after pictures and videos submitted by the participants
• The challenge consists of one round of competition lasting 60 days
